Opinion: Fees must go to better paddlers' facilities

I fear most (if not all) of the money collected from canoe and kayak registrations would go not to benefit canoeists and kayakers, but to help generic "boaters" -- and that, my friends, almost always means power boaters - April 30, Orlando Sentinel
