Watering enforcement watered down

Watering lawns no more than twice weekly could save as much as two of every 10 gallons used in eastern-central Florida, but officials have yet to impose the $50 to $100 fines or even formally warn any property owners for violating the 2-month-old ban on watering more than two days a week - May 15, Florida Today
