Environmentalists search for ways to limit growth

Volusia County voters can expect to see several proposed charter changes on their ballots this fall: two groups -- a county-appointed commission and an anti-sprawl group -- are working to limit growth in a conservation corridor, and the council may put its own measure on the ballot - June 4, Daytona Beach News-Journal
