Local voters, local control?

In a step toward a potential high-stakes political battle, the Florida Supreme Court signed off Thursday on a proposed constitutional amendment by the Florida Hometown Democracy movement that would give local voters more power to control growth - June 23, Daytona Beach News-Journal
