Environmentalists fight Marineland condo proposal

Environmentalists from St. Johns and Flagler counties are appealing a judge's recommended order to support the town's Comprehensive Plan, which allows for more than 250 condos to be built in a town where dolphins outnumber people - July 20, Daytona Beach News-Journal
