Lawsuit tackles discharge rule

Federal environmental regulators OKd a loophole in Florida law that allows sewer plants, pulp mills and other major polluters to dump more waste into the state's waters, environmentalists claim in a federal lawsuit filed Thursday - July 14, Sarasota Herald Tribune
