Opinion: Grow bumper crop of clean water

The South Florida Water Management District is looking at ways to harvest algae to use as fertilizer, and at collecting and selling cow manure for fuel production, keeping manure-tainted runoff out of Lake Okeechobee - July 12, Palm Beach Post
