Bonita participating in pilot turtle-relocation program

The city will send the commission a list of coastal property owners that have lighting violations on their properties; the commission will contact those owners and ask them if they want to participate in the program, which hands out free shields for outdoor lights - Dec. 12, Naples Daily News
