Airport axes eagles' nests

A baby eagle was seized from its nest and the tree sawed down near Orlando Sanford International Airport early Tuesday afternoon, beginning a controversial process to remove three nests that officials say pose a danger to nearby aircraft; Audubon of Florida officials said the rescue went as well as could be expected. They said they hope to relocate the 6-week-old eaglet to a foster nest later this week - March 21, Orlando Sentinel
