Wildlife flee flames from brush fires

Unlike the movie "Bambi," where forest animals hurriedly fled a wildfire, wildlife in Southwest Florida have a better nose for flames and are smart enough to flee before the 17,000-acre brush fire in the Picayune Strand State Forest spreads to them - May 11, Naples Daily News
