Army Corps OKs filling 35 acres of wetlands for Freedom Commerce Centre

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will allow construction of a controversial commercial and office park on undeveloped land on the southern side of Jacksonville, but the project it approved involves filling one-fifth the amount of wetlands originally called for by the project - May 2, News4Jax.com
