Changing public opinion fuels support for drilling

As recently as last year, environmentalists easily rallied Congress to renew an annual ban on drilling for oil and natural gas off most of the nation's coast, but this week, that unity will be tested as the House considers legislation to lift the longtime drilling prohibition - June 28, Pensacola News Journal
