Developer sentenced for destroying eagle nest

A Fort Myers development supervisor who admitted to destroying an eagle nest was sentenced today to a year of probation, a $2,000 fine and 50 hours of community service with the Conservancy of Southwest Florida's Wildlife Rehabilitation Center - June 27, Naples Daily News
