Officers issue citations for feeding alligators

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers mounted an undercover detail at boat ramps and rest areas along appropriately named Alligator Alley, bringing to 13 the number of people charged since the details began July 1; in 2004, more than 7,000 alligators had to be killed after becoming too accustomed to people and too dangerous to leave in the wild - July 15, Sun-Sentinel
