Tide puts rare fish, plant life on display under bridge

Under the Blue Heron Boulevard bridge in Riviera Beach, there's an underwater world filled with aquatic treasures, an ecosystem of coral, plant life and fish not commonly seen so close to the shore; "unintentionally, it's become an artificial reef," said a marine habitat manager for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission - Sep. 1, Sun-Sentinel
