Anonymous tip leads to arrest in killing of bear

After a six-week investigation in the killing of a Florida black bear, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officers arrested a Palatka man who reportedly has a history of felonies, was arrested on complaints of killing a threatened species and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony - Aug. 30, Palatka Daily News
