Water managers reviewing Blue Spring water-flow goals

After taking another look at long-term conservation goals for Blue Spring, regional water managers have decided to speed up their timeline for increasing the average water flow because the spring is so popular with manatees - Oct. 9, Daytona Beach News-Journal
