Wakulla deal requires all to be heard at commission meetings

A settlement reached with environmentalists who challenged a proposed development in Wakulla County requires the county commission to hear everyone who signs up to speak at a public hearing -- after the commission turned away speakers before it approved the N.G. Wade Investment Co.'s request for a "sustainable" community on 606 acres along the Leon County line - Aug. 2, Tallahassee Democrat
