State to review plans for large development near Lake Toho

A proposed land use change for 2,972 acres east of Lake Tohopekaliga will go before the Florida Department of Community Affairs for further evaluation despite concerns from nearby residents that the development would damage surrounding wildlife and a rural lifestyle - Oct. 12, Osceola News-Gazette
